Literacy Achieves helps non-English speaking families with English literacy

Literacy Achieves is working today to help Vickery Meadow residents still without water after the snowstorm. As some apartment managers warn it could take all week to get water service restored, the nonprofit is seeking volunteers and donations to keep families safe this week.
