As of Tuesday afternoon, there are 44 active coronavirus cases among Richardson ISD students and employees in the Lake Highlands feeder pattern.
This is a 11-case decrease from last week and a one-case increase since RISD resumed classes for the spring semester a little over month ago.
RISD has reported the number of lab-confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 at each school and central location since the school year began Aug. 19.
As of 1:02 p.m. Feb. 9, there are 97 active student cases, a 26-case decrease from last week. There are 45 active employee cases districtwide, a one-case increase since last week.
RISD has had a total of 1,496 student cases and 667 employee cases since the start of the school year.
