Lake Highlands-based Texas Instruments made it onto Fortune’s world’s most admired companies for 2021.
TI, a global semiconductor design and manufacturing company, ranked 295th out of 332 companies. Fortune scored TI a 7 for industry rank, a 10 for innovation, an 8 for long-term investment value and an overall score of 6.75.
Nine other Dallas-Fort Worth-based companies made the list. Dallas-based Southwest Airlines took 14th place, which was the highest score for Texas companies.
