As of Tuesday morning, there are 59 active coronavirus cases among Richardson ISD students and employees in the Lake Highlands feeder pattern.

This is a 13-case increase from last week and a 16-case increase since RISD resumed classes for the spring semester three weeks ago.

RISD has reported the number of lab-confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 at each school and central location since the school year began Aug. 19.

As of 8:58 a.m. Jan. 26, there are 136 active student cases, a 28-case increase from last week. There are 43 active employee cases districtwide, a 10-case increase since last week.

RISD has had a total of 1,285 student cases and 570 employee cases since the start of the school year.
