StoryBuilt, an Austin-based residential developer and homebuilder, is expanding its North Texas presence with a new community in our neighborhood.
The newly named Goose Run at White Rock Trail will be a boutique community of 36 single-family, traditional homes, reports Dallas Business Journal. The location is off Walnut Hill Lane, next to the Lake Highlands Town Center and White Rock Creek.
The new community will be set around a garden and community pool. Homes will average 2,500 square feet with three- and four-bedroom plans, and they also will start at about $600,000.
Another one of the company’s communities includes Emerald Point, a 30-home development near White Rock Lake.
