Who’s ready for this Irish pub to open? Here’s a first look at Lochland’s which is expected to open Thursday, Feb. 6th.

The 3,000 square foot pub is inside an old veterinary clinic. Don’t worry, they traded in the kennels and examination rooms for a 1960s vibe bar to wet your whistle.

“They plan for Lochland’s to be a ‘refined but comfortable craft cocktail and dining destination,'” according to Local Resident Realty.

Located at 8518 Plano Road, their website shows a digital spec of what the pub looks like.

Lochland’s will feature tried & true fan favorites from our sister pubs, Capitol Pub & The Gin Mill, as well as some newer additions we have been working on. As far as drinks go, they’ll feature old school classic cocktails, fine spirits, a selection of local craft, seasonal beers, and a small selection of wines, says their website.

The pub will be critter-friendly with an outdoor patio. Kids will be welcome during the day, but call a babysitter for any nighttime visits because it will be adults only once the sun goes down.
