Have a great chili recipe or a creative group of friends? The LHJH PTA is seeking fun teams to enter, and they’ll award prizes for best tasting chili, best decorated booth and best overall. Entries over the past three years included Dances with Wolf Brand, Chili Nelson and Fartnight.

The cook off is adults-only and will be held January 25 from 4-7 at Oak Highlands Brewery, where there’ll be plenty of ice cold beer to wash it down.  Advance tickets are $35 and include entry, chili tastings, beer/wine, an event cup and a commemorative t-shirt. Proceeds benefit the students at LHJH. You can buy a ticket and/or register your team on the LHJH PTA website here.
