A man was arrested Monday, Dec. 9 after shooting a food delivery driver multiples times.
The 33-year-old shooter, Travis Vernon Jahns, was taken in for one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Officers were called to The Pearl at Midtown apartments in the 6000 block of Ridgecrest Road at about 3:20 a.m. Monday, according to Dallas News.
The 22-year-old DoorDash driver had been shot multiples times after an argument with Jahns, he was sent to the hospital with injuries that weren’t life threatening.
Jahns was taken to Dallas County Jail to be questioned, but he has been released from custody on $35,000 bond.
