A Papa John’s Pizza employee was delivering food when two 15-year-olds demanded the driver’s property at gunpoint, police said. The driver, who has a license to carry, had a gun and shot both teens.
Officers found the two people shot around 10:15 p.m. at an apartment complex in the 8100 block of Southwestern Boulevard, according to Dallas News.
They were taken to Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas, and one of them died. The third suspect was arrested at the apartment complex.
The pizza delivery driver was not hurt and was cooperating with police.
