Lake Highlands graduate Scoot McNairy is making headlines for his work in “True Detective” and “Narcos.” You’ll see him on the big screen in Quentin Tarantino’s “Once Upon a Time in Hollywood,” alongside Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie.
