The 15-year-old charged with sexually assaulted women in Vickery Meadow, North Dallas and Bossier City, Louisiana also has been charged with capital murder.
The Dallas Police Department says DNA evidence proves the teen is responsible for the capital murder of 23-year-old Maria Ezquerro. She was found dead Wednesday, Nov. 28, at her apartment on Peterson Lane in North Dallas.
