 Similar to the at-large system, candidates can run for any seat.
The difference:Residents could have as many votes as there are available seats and cast them however they choose.
5/2:
In Richardson ISD’s case, 5/2 voting would mean that five single-member districts would be drawn, and two would remain at-large.
