Fireside Pies will open at Creekside near Alamo Drafthouse in early 2019.
By the first of the year, you can add Fireside Pies to the entertainment district surrounding Alamo Drafthouse and Topgolf at Skillman and Abrams. The restaurant, which features hand-tossed artisan pizzas pulled from wood-fired ovens, inked a deal to move into Creekside in early 2019.
Lake Highlands will be the sixth location for Fireside Pies, which began in 2004 in an old cottage on historic Henderson Avenue in East Dallas. Their menu includes goat cheese stuffed peppers with cilantro pesto and spiced candied pecans, arugula salad with pinion nuts and pepperoni, and a warm cocoa brownie with vanilla bean ice cream and sea salted caramel & hazelnut sauce.
Heaven.
Tyler Isbell, VP at SRS Real Estate Partners and Lake Highlands resident, says Fireside Pies will lease 4,300 square feet in the outparcel building which was formerly home to Atlanta Bread Company.
