Police struggle to identify body found in White Rock Creek

The Dallas Police Department is seeking the public’s help identifying a body found in White Rock Creek. 

The body, discovered near 6900 Merriman Parkway, was in a severe stage of decomposition.

The person was a black transgender female who weighed 130 pounds and was about 5 feet, 3 inches. She was wearing a black shirt and black scrub pants. She had no tattoos or any other identifying markings.
