The LHUMC Community Garage Sale will be held this weekend
Ready for a little spring cleaning? Enjoy searching for a bargain? Believe in recycling?
You can do all this and more at this year’s Lake Highlands United Methodist Church annual Community Garage Sale. The event has been going strong for more than 25 years, attracting donations from hundreds of church members and shoppers from all over the Metroplex.
Volunteers will accept your donated treasures each day this week, and the sale runs Friday, April 27 from 8-3 and Saturday from 8-2.
LHUMC is located at 9015 Plano Road at McCree.

Blogger CAROL TOLER and her husband, Toby, are the parents of four LHHS graduates. She has an MBA from SMU and is the proud recipient of the Exchange Club of LH's Unsung Hero Award and Councilman McGough's Blake Anderson Public Service Award. She received LHHS PTA's Extended Service Award, FMJH PTA's Charger Award and a Life Membership from the LHFC PTA. She has moderated candidate debates for Dallas Mayor, Dallas City Council and RISD Trustee races and taught seminars on garnering publicity for nonprofits. She completed training with Dallas Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation and Inside RISD, and she's a sustaining member of LH Women's League.
