The Lake Highlands Chamber of Commerce, Councilman Adam McGough and other business and community dignitaries were on hand to help cut the ribbon and welcome the new eatery and their employees to the Lake Highlands Town Center.

Yogurtland and Taco Diner are slated to open there this month.

Fish City donated 15% of sales to Feed Lake Highlands, an organization that provides food and other assistance to community families. The restaurant will choose other groups to benefit on the First Tuesday of each month.
