Eco-friendly home improvement store TreeHouse opens today in The Hill Shopping Center at Walnut Hill and Central Expressway. TreeHouse opened its first store in Austin and features smarter, healthier and more sustainable choices, including solar power, non-toxic materials and devices to automate saving energy.
During these first 10 days, TreeHouse will be giving away a 150-gallon Poly-Mart rain tank, and they’ll have horticulturists in the garden department to discuss their native Texas plants. You can also sign up for one of the many classes they offer in their upstairs classroom.
Also coming to The Hill are Tacodeli, Hat Creek Burger, Unleavened Fresh Kitchen and Luna Grill, and center favorite Red Hot and Blue is hard at work completing their new outdoor patio.
TreeHouse is at 8021 Walnut Hill and is open 9-8 Monday-Saturday and 10-6 Sunday.
