Another break-in and sexual assault occurred in northeast Dallas, in the middle of the day.

This time it happened Tuesday at about 3 p.m. in the 7200 block of Holly Hill Drive — that’s a 5-mile trek down the Cottonwood Creek Trail from where a similar assault that happened April 20. The apartment community is between Greenville and Fair Oak, in the Vickery Meadow area flanking Lake Highlands.

This time, the “unknown suspect entered into the residence through an unlocked door, and demanded property while displaying a weapon. The suspect then sexually assaulted the victim and fled the location in an unknown direction,” according to a police report. “The suspect was described as an Asian or Latin male in his mid 20s, approximately 5’4 inches tall, medium build, with short black hair. He was wearing a white polo type shirt with a green logo, and baggy khaki pants.
