Sometimes it’s hard to find the right gift for everyone but the people at White Rock Library have the perfect idea: books.
This month the library is holding a Holiday Book Giveaway for the children in East Dallas. But they can’t do it alone so they’re asking the community to donate any new or gently used books for newborns to children age 12. Books can be dropped off at the library any day of the week, according to the library’s post.
The actual giveaway will take place on Dec. 17 at 10 a.m. Children 12 and younger can be signed up at the library or at the library’s website. Hurry up because the deadline is Dec. 14.
