Richardson ISD high schoolers who want to work ahead can register before May 22 for the RISD Acceleration Summer Program.
“The Acceleration Summer Program is an opportunity for students entering grades 7 through 12 to obtain high school credits toward graduation outside of the school year. This is a popular option for students who want to work ahead or free up time during the school year for elective or extra-curricular courses,” officials say.
Registration is available online, through May 22.
Classes take place at Richardson High School, and students can ride the bus from their neighborhood schools.
