It happened in broad daylight, at about 10 a.m. Monday, at a bus stop near I-635 and Central Expressway, close enough to our neighborhood to raise concern.
The victim is an adult female who was waiting for transportation to work when the perp walked up to her, unzipped his pants, and exposed himself to her.
According to a police report, the bus approached as the incident was happening, she told police, so she boarded and called authorities — she told them she saw the man cross the street and enter the nearby Autumn Brook Apartments.
Police showed up shortly thereafter and searched for the flasher, described as a “Latin male in his 20s, 5 feet, nine inches tall and about 160 pounds, last seen wearing tan pants and a blue shirt.” They still have not found him.
