After the ribbon cutting was delayed, Crisp Salad Company is officially open and ready for summer in the Shops at Park Lane shopping center.
Crisp Salad Company is the build-your-own salad restaurant, co-owned by Lake Highlands resident John Zimmerman, that opened its first location on Lower Greenville last year. This location, which is just north of our neighborhood, is its second.
Like the first location, the Crisp in Shops at Park Lane provides naturally raised meats and fresh produce. All salads are chopped and served in front of guests. Aside from build-your-own salads, Crisp also serves salads off the menu, like The Greenville Cobb, Killer Kale, Street Taco, Curry Waldorf, Superfood and Thai It Up.
