Lake Highlands Town Center
Richard Duge, president of White Rock Valley Neighborhood Association, has created a three-question survey to gauge Lake Highlands’ priorities on economic development. His poll has had about 400 responses from about 4,000 residents in its first 24 hours, but he’s hoping to reach a wider audience and he’s inviting all of LH to respond.
