Our own high-kicking Highlandettes will return to the Lake Highlands High School auditorium stage April 24 and 25 for their annual spring show. The theme this year is “Forces of Nature,” and the ladies will dance to the music of artists from AC/DC to Gene Kelly and everything in between.
After big wins at competition and performances in San Antonio, the team says they want to end the year on a high note and give their supporters in the LH community a great show. Also performing will be the Wildcat Wranglers, Cheerleaders, Espree, Folklorico, Dancing with the Dettes participants and the Highlandudes.
The curtain goes up at 7:30 p.m., and tickets are available via their website or at the door. Reserved seats are $12 ($15 at the door) and general admission is $10. Students pay $5.
Break a leg, girls!
