Louisiana Famous Fried Chicken is opening soon at Skillman near Royal Lane, near Tom Thumb.
The California-based company “licenses the trademark and recipes to independent operators,” according to the company website, and there are locations nationwide.
The menu features golden fried chicken parts — wings, breasts, legs, thighs — and other items, probably, about which we have few details at this juncture, because every location is a little different, also according to the company’s website.
I will report back as soon as I know more. Please forgive the poor quality of the below photo, snapped in a rush through a dirty windshield (but you get the idea, right?).
