LHHS Wildcat wrestling team
The Lake Highlands High School Wildcat wrestlers took fourth at the Texas State Dual Championships Saturday, beating Houston Cypress Woods, El Paso Eastwood and Houston Morton Ranch to advance to the semifinals, where they succumbed to defending champs, Allen.
Overall the team was led by three senior Captains, Seth Villasana, Reid Curnutt and, Kendrell Willis.
“The team is having a great season as looks very strong heading into the final stretch,” according to parent Ann Villasana.
Come cheer them on Saturday at 9 a.m. at the Lake Highlands High School gym, when they go up against Rockwall and Liberty.
