LHHS choir garage sale

If you tried to put away your Christmas decorations and found that your family’s “stuff” had somehow taken over all the spaces you pulled them out of, maybe it’s time for a closet cleanout and a donation to the Lake Highlands High School choir garage sale.

The sale will take place Saturday, January 31 from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the LHHS cafeteria. The choir is inviting you to drop off your donated items at the east door of the cafeteria (east side of the school) Friday, Jan. 30 from 4:30 to 8:30, or contact choir parents Karen (karenzukoski@gmail.com) or Bill (billzukoski@gmail.com) to arrange a pickup of larger items. Furniture, electronics, sporting goods, clothing and other gently used items are welcomed.

    Blogger CAROL TOLER and her husband, Toby, are the parents of four LHHS graduates. She has an MBA from SMU and is the proud recipient of the Exchange Club of LH's Unsung Hero Award and Councilman McGough's Blake Anderson Public Service Award. She received LHHS PTA's Extended Service Award, FMJH PTA's Charger Award and a Life Membership from the LHFC PTA. She has moderated candidate debates for Dallas Mayor, Dallas City Council and RISD Trustee races and taught seminars on garnering publicity for nonprofits. She completed training with Dallas Truth, Racial Healing and Transformation and Inside RISD, and she's a sustaining member of LH Women's League.
