Wildcat Wranglers
Have a little boot-scooter at your house? The Wildcat Wranglers are ready to teach your lil’ pardner to git down.
The country and western dance and stunt team at Lake Highlands High School is hosting a dance clinic for boys and girls from Kindergarten to 6th grade Monday, January 19th from 1 to 3:30. The cost is $30 per child ($25 for siblings), and they’ll enter from the gym door on the west side of LHHS. Participants should wear t-shirts, tennis shoes and shorts or jeans.
Here’s the fun part: dancers get to show off their new skills at halftime of the LHHS basketball game Tuesday night, February 3rd. Register by January 16th to receive your Wrangler tee to wear during the performance.
Funds raised from the clinic will be used to send the Wranglers to England to dance in London’s New Year’s Day Parade. To register, contact Wrangler mom Glenda Gerteisen at LHHS_Wranglers@yahoo.com or 214-912-3278.
