Or as I like to call it, the Best View in Dallas House.
The owners, an architect and a retired nurse, of the now quite famous home overlooking White Rock Lake have lived in Old Lake Highlands some 23 years, according to a web page dedicated to the PV14 House on Peavy at Buckner.
The popular architectural website Arch Daily yesterday featured the home, noting that it is located on one of the highest elevations in the city. The primary living areas are located on the upper floors, to take utmost advantage of the view of our lake.
Arch Daily has the best collection of photos of the completed house I’ve seen. The PV14 site has visually documented the home’s progress, which is quite cool too.
What is this I am feeling? Ah yes, envy.
