Amid all of the holiday festivities this month, one local eatery is gearing up to host a party for the entire neighborhood. JJ’s Cafe (10233 E. Northwest Highway) will celebrate its third year of business this Saturday, Dec.13, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Stop by the breakfast spot for the huevos rancheros and crepes dubbed best in Lake Highlands by Advocate readers, complementary mimosas, and pictures with the guest of honor, Santa Claus. And did I mention free mimosas?
