Tablescapes Luncheon 2012
In three short years, Tablescapes benefiting Healing Hands Ministries has become Lake Highlands’ signature women’s event. This year’s organizing committee has recruited 40 table designers – including many new imaginative artists – with store owners, interior decorators and amateur designers. Though their creations remain highly guarded secrets, their designs are likely to leave attendees awed and inspired.
The 4th annual event, to be held at Wilshire Baptist Church Friday May 2, will feature nationally-known author and radio host Gail McWilliams. McWilliams will share her encouraging personal story, which includes overcoming physical and emotional obstacles while maintaining faith, hope and humor.
Tablescapes viewing begins at 10 a.m. at Wilshire Baptist Church, 4316 Abrams, and guests will be seated for the program at 11:30. Lunch will be served at 12:30.

All funds raised will be used in support of women’s and children’s services at Healing Hands charity clinic. Healing Hands provides medical and dental services to underprivileged families in and around Lake Highlands and is located at 8515 Greenville Avenue.
