Fans of the Asian fusion restaurant Asian Mint can learn how to whip up some of their favorite menu items at the Asian Mint’s annual cooking class. The restaurant’s owners and chefs will host the class on April 23 from 6-9 p.m. at Trinity Groves. The $89 per person cost includes hands-on cooking, dining, drinking, and “goodies.” By the end of the night, you’ll have successfully made your very own mushroom appetizer, lemongrass martini, Thai Seafood Po Tak, chicken basil stir fry, and kabocha pumpkin custard for dessert.
