Rollngo, the new Vietnamese fast-food restaurant created by the folks who run Bistro B, is now open on Upper Greenville.
Located next door to Humperdink’s, the restaurant’s menu includes Bahn Mi sandwiches ($4.25 per sandwich or 3 for $10,) dumplings, spring rolls, and pho. There’s also an extensive fruit smoothie selection, with add-ons such as tapioca pearls, jelly popping boba. For the particularly adventuresome, there’s even a dessert drink made with dried nuts.
I’ve noticed while driving by that the restaurant boasts primarily outdoor seating with a spiffy patio, and at night, the restaurant looks a bit like something you might see in Las Vegas. I mean, it’s pretty exciting looking, isn’t it? With all of the televisions on at different channels, it’s quite the spectacle when you’re driving by…
And speaking of televisions, the restaurant is giving away a 60-inch flat screen one on March 25 in honor of its grand opening, along with an iPad and an iPhone, to three lucky diners who enter their names in a raffle. To participate, simply submit your name after your food purchase.
