It’s Fat Tuesday this week (or Mardi Gras, in French), and in honor of the occasion, Cajun joint Alligator Cafe will host its 9th annual Fat Tuesday party. Live music by John Griffin & His Blues Band kick off at 6 p.m., and according to the website, the party is family friendly and there will be drink specials for you to enjoy until midnight.
In other Alligator Cafe news, crawfish queso, ribeye steak, and a few new sides have been added to the menu, so if you happen to be giving up delicious cheese products and beef for Lent, you’ll want to try those on Tuesday too.
