You don’t have to stalk me to know I think Bistro B—that overly decorated Vietnamese restaurant at Audelia Road and Walnut Street, which boasts a menu of biblical proportions—is a gem. I write about it, talk about it and frequently feed my family, friends and self on their fare (and killer smoothies).
The Bistro B crew now is preparing to open a spinoff on Greenville Avenue near Northwest Highway called Rollngo.
Spokesperson Nguyen Pham tells reporter Teresa Gubbins it will be a fast-food take on the Vietnamese concept. We’ll reportedly be able to grab banh mi (Vietnamese sandwiches) at three for $10 or egg rolls at three for $1 from the new location as soon as March. Pham also talks of a variety of healthy, “kick-ass” offerings.
Meanwhile, Bistro B offers up reasonably fast food to eat in or take out at fair prices, and they recently announced delivery service within a five-mile radius of the Walnut Street restaurant.
