“Becky did an amazing job over the past six years,” said Dorinda Cavender, board member for the LH PID. “She established relationships with the property owners in the PID as well as with the apartment managers and condominium owners. She recognized the challenges of the LH PID and made significant improvements in stabilizing the District through enhanced security and working closely with the Northeast Substation and our Community Prosecutor, Patrick Sanders. The Board wishes Becky continued success as she takes on the issues facing our neighbors to the west, Vickery Meadows.”

Kathy’s experience running a small business and her knowledge of the community are likely to help her get a running start in her new job.

“The Board of the Lake Highlands Public Improvement District is very pleased that Kathy has accepted the position as Executive Director,” said Tip Housewright, Board President. “Her long record of service in the Lake Highlands community will be a great asset to the PID. We know that Kathy will be a very effective leader as the PID continues its mission of improvement and redevelopment of the Skillman corridor.”

You can congratulate Kathy by emailing her at lakehighlandspid@att.net or by stopping in at the PID office, 9090 Skillman Suite #182 near El Fenix.
