Lake Highlands Elementary students and teachers went all-out last week, using Halloween as an occasion to dress up as their favorite characters from their most beloved book. Students from kindergarten through 3rd grade marched with their teachers around the school’s primary playground as parents cheered them on and snapped photos.
After the Characters Live! Parade, students headed inside to share book reports with their classes.
Thanks to Kimberly Wagliardo, who provided official pics from the school’s PTA, and to April Gorman and Pam Grieder, who let me use their adorable photos from Facebook.
