The Nowhere but Texas art show begins this weekend at the Dutch Art Gallery and showcases 80 plus artists and some 150 works from around the state. Autumn at the Arboretum continues through Nov.27. The Dallas Arboretum uses more than 50,000 pumpkins, gourds and squash every year to form its nationally acclaimed storybook pumpkin village. Cost is $10-$15, plus $10 for onsite parking and $5 for offsite parking.
The Dallas Running Club hosts its annual half-marathon race Sunday at Norbuck, Northwest Highway and Buckner, at 7:30 a.m. Sunday. More here.
