Make way for even more LBJ-area construction. And more multifamily living.
Two office buildings that were built in the 1970s and formerly occupied by Texas Instruments soon will be razed to make way for a new apartment community, reports Steve Brown of Dallas Morning News.
The buildings, located on 21 acres of land at the southwest corner of Coit and Banner, were sold in March to Florida-based Lennar Multifamily Investors, who currently have plans filed with the city to redevelop the land.
