Dallas police say DNA of the man suspected of committing the Feb. 22 Lake Highlands rape on Ferndale does not match the DNA profile of the Feb. 22 attacker.

What does it mean? Up until today, we’ve been told that a “strong suspect” in the Feb. 22 attack, Fernando Munoz, was locked up at the time of the other two Lake Highlands attacks. Now it appears that is not the case. One could deduce from this recent development that we are looking, possibly, at one man committing these crimes.
