I’ve been anxious for this super-healthy eatery right near home to open, and the wait is over.
We told you a few weeks ago about the planned Gina’s Organic Kitchen, which Gina Paterno Villalobos tells us is now open for business in the former Zac’s Café/ John’s Café spot at 10870 Plano.
The menu features superfoods: quinoa salad, soups, shrimp pesto, free range proteins, salmon, quiche, wraps, desserts, muffins, cookies … the list goes on.
Dishes are 100-percent cooked from scratch and customers may choose to order meals in advance or dine in.
