Police Tuesday morning discovered the body of a deceased 3-month-old child at the Glen Oaks apartment complex at Skillman and Royal.
At this time the death is officially unexplained and the identity of the baby has not been released.
A resident of the apartments told the Morning News he thinks his neighbors — a couple with several children, including recently born twins — might be the parents.
The deeply disturbing incident is under investigation.
