The building on Plano Road just south of 635 has me stumped. We wrote in February that “Hibachi and Sushi” is coming soon to the site.
Steadily, the little restaurant-to-be has morphed. A loud and proud towering sign boasts “Sushi & Hibachi” (in bold red, black and yellow) and a “drive thru” and $3.99 lunch specials.
The boxy building is now an adobe brown-ish color. All good. Then, an apparent weekend development, new lettering above the front door reads “FireXbox”, in a font that is in no way related to the lettering on the giant sign.
I called the number on the big, easy-to-read sign in hopes of finding out WTH is going on here, but it just rang and rang.
