The Lake Highlands Area Orchestra Club is hoping you’re ready to do some spring cleaning. As they prepare to host a garage sale fundraiser on Saturday, April 21st, they’re inviting you to scour your closets for bikes you don’t use, toys your kids don’t play with and clothes you’ve outgrown (and if you’re an empty nester like me eating most meals at Mariano’s and Atomic Pie, you can donate your pots & pans and pyrex dishes, too!).
All funds raised will benefit current and future orchestra students through the purchase and maintenance of instruments, competition and travel fees and other performance expenses.
The garage sale will be held from 8am to 3pm at 9506 Aldwick, but you can call Orchestra Mom Stacey at 214-507-5007 to arrange for a pick up or drop off of your items.
