Lake Highlands grad Max Hartman will perform as cabaret crooner Max Vontaine October 15 for a fundraiser at Lake Highlands United Methodist Church. Hartman grew up in the church, attending with parents Merrill and Sally and starring in church productions and Broadway-style musicals. He made his “alter ego” famous when he moved to Los Angeles and performed as “lounge lizard,” Max Vontaine. Max has also received rave reviews in plays, videos and feature films.
Tickets are complimentary, but donations will be accepted to fund the LHUMC Christmas Choral Concert. The show begins at 7pm and dessert will be served at intermission. Call the church at 214-348-9436 for reservations.
