It was a great day for golf yesterday, as Lake Highlands’ finest hit the links for the Wildcat Club’s annual Cat Classic Golf Tournament, this year dedicated to the memory of LH dad and Wildcat Club board member Tom Lueder.

Thanks to a bevy of generous donors, there were plenty of prizes for the Men (and Women) of Steel, including:

  • Longest Drive: Former Wildcat and Harding University golf team member Whitney Ohlhausen
  • Closest to the Pin: Clint Morgan
  • First Place (shooting 54 and winning the tie-breaker): LHHS Men’s Golf Coach Chris Cole, LHHS Band Director Jeff Bradford, Kip Morgan and Ron Hollowell
  • Second Place (also shooting 54): Scott Holtzman, Keith Kirkpatrick, Drew Landis and Greg Smith
  • Third Place (56): David Hardt, Woods Norcross Jr, Chad Senn and Josh Steele
  • DAL (Dead @** Last and shooting 74): Byron McCoy, Keith Beasley and Wildcat Club President Kelly Crawford.
