Relax and go with the flow Saturday at Flow Fest, an event whose schedule includes the likes of “Meditative Chill” and “Dance Yoga Flow”, at the Bath House Cultural Center at White Rock Lake from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
It’s billed as a “springtime movement festival celebrating life in the flow”.
Provided the weather is not too hot and the bugs are kept to a minimum, it sounds like something many of us could use at the end of an intense, against-the-flow kind of week.
