Cue the “Rocky” soundtrack and tie on those old running shoes — it’s time for the Lake Highlands Junior Women’s League Run the Highlands at Lake Highlands North Park, 9449 Church.
It’s the 7th annual and this year all proceeds will go toward the trail improvements. In years past, the group has raised loads for park improvements including pond, sprayground and playground updates.
