Lake Highlands High softball has done the work this season, gaining a 13-0 regular season record and an outright ownership of District 9-5A at 4-0.
The Lady Wildcats have allowed only one run in four district games, outscoring their opponents by 61 runs.
That’s not to say that the district opponents have been weak, because the Lady Wildcats have allowed only 18 runs in the first 13 regular season games.
Lake Highlands will pick up again om March 25 at 6:30 p.m. at home against Skyline.
