Architect Cliff Welch designed four homes which builder Tom Welker will begin constructing near Old Lake Highlands next month.
The property at Northcliff and E. Lake Highlands will eventually hold four contemporary 2,000-square-foot single-family homes, says builder Tom Welker. He will begin building the first of the four energy efficient homes, designed by White Rock area-dwelling architect Cliff Welch, in February, he says.
Given the economic climate, Welker hesitates to give us a timeline on construction, he says. “It’s tough to know,” he says.
The development is called The Enclave at Northcliff and homes will sell for approximately $450,000. Welch has designed many homes, including a few in the White Rock area — here are some examples of his work.
